Job Description

The Operations Specialist is responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects assisting the US Project Managers in making sure studies are delivered in accordance with the specs given by the client. The Operations Specialist liaises with other team members to deliver the project, being fully responsible for the sampling aspect of the allocated projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following: Assists and manages technical execution of a project’s life cycle. Assists with programming, link testing, translations, fieldwork setup, and partner coordination. Manage up to 30 live projects to maintain the knowledge and experience of market research recruitment. Excellent understanding of project recruitment methodology for studies; coordinate with project fieldwork coordinators & project managers to best utilize available options for maximum results. Build a sampling plan for the projects allocated. Review projects on a regular basis and inform project managers when challenges arise. Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request. Ensure projects are completed in line with timelines stipulated by the client. Have an excellent understanding of the M3 sampling, emailing and reporting tools to ensure they are used to the best of their capabilities in supporting project deliverability. Ensure 100% accuracy and display excellent attention to detail. Build working relationships across departments to ensure insight is well communicated and understood. Organized, as you will have to work on a variety of projects to generate effective results. Keep M3 outsourced project recruitment rate and costs under the given KPIs. Client satisfaction score above target. Attend the internal kickoff (IKO) and prepare the client kickoff (CKO) deck. Manage partner coordination, including external liaison (EL) communications and ongoing updates. Oversee the translation process and conduct thorough link checks. Submit surveys to the programming team. Attend all client calls to ensure alignment and provide support. Assist with troubleshooting any link-related issues. Set up automated data exports as required. Provide client contact information to the Quick Charts team for set up. Submit partner request forms as needed. Manage internal recruitment efforts in collaboration with the custom recruitment (CR) team. Coordinate and schedule pre-tests. Partner with the fieldwork team to address any questions or issues. Reconcile counts for invoicing purposes and ensure alignment with partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent number of years’ experience Experience of assisting or managing several projects at the same time Proficient at Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills Be able to work as part of a team and show flexibility in the tasks they are asked to perform Independently motivated and inspired by working in a dynamic environment Comfortable with change, able to derive opportunity from uncertainty and be an analytical and strategic thinker Ensure 100% accuracy and display excellent attention to detail Organizational skills as the role involves working on a variety of projects to generate effective results Candidate will preferably have experience with complex market research projects which could include intricate sampling Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules Experience with email marketing automation and knowledge of email marketing best practices Additional Information Must be willing to work in US shift hours All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #LI-SA1 #LI-Remote Apply To This Job
