Job Responsibilities:

As a Remote Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including:

+ Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Resolving client complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner + Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and ensure accurate processing

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
