Job Summary

As an English Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our English-speaking customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage customer relationships, and strive for customer retention and loyalty. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Work effectively as part of a team, developing strong relationships with colleagues and management
• Be proactive and positive, with a desire to continuously improve processes and procedures
• Provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Strive towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting customers to achieve successful outcomes to their inquiries
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Key Requirements

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Great communication and soft skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Good computer skills, with experience in using customer service software and tools
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
• Positive attitude and team spirit, with a desire to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
