Job Summary

As a Customer Support Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech industry setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
