As a remote call center representative, you'll play a critical role in processing medical record requests, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. About the Role:

As a CPC Processor Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status
  • Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Proficiently navigating Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Working in a high-volume production environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or medical records setting

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record systems
  • Certification in CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or related field
  • Experience working in a remote call center environment

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated base pay range for this role is $15-$18.32 USD per hour, depending on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, and 401k Savings Plan.
