Bilingual Sales Specialist (Spanish/English)

Job Overview We seek a motivated Sales Specialist to handle incoming calls from potential clients (leads), effectively address their inquiries, present our firm's services, and foster interest. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and using strong communication skills to convert leads into paying clients through follow-up calls, thereby maximizing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from leads and forward them to the appropriate team members when necessary. Schedule consultations for leads using the CRM calendar. Create and manage lead profiles in the CRM. Process consultation payments. Text clients with consultation times and dates. Address questions from both leads and clients. Follow up with potential clients after consultations to encourage contract signing. Engage in follow-up calls with leads to convert them into consultations. Make calls to leads generated from sales messages. Adhere to all documented processes.

Required Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and Spanish Immigration Experience Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
