Risk Analysr
Risk Analyst Location: United States Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and monitor potential risks that could impact business operations, financial performance, or compliance. The ideal candidate will analyze data, prepare risk reports, and support risk management strategies to help the organization make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks
- Analyze data and prepare risk assessment reports
- Monitor market trends and potential business risks
- Assist in developing risk management policies and procedures
- Conduct risk analysis using statistical and analytical tools
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve risk controls
- Support audits and regulatory compliance activities
- Maintain accurate risk documentation and reporting
- Recommend solutions to minimize or mitigate risks
- Present findings and recommendations to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in risk analysis, finance, or data analysis preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of risk management principles and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python
- Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Certifications such as FRM or CFA are a plus
- Experience in banking, insurance, or corporate risk management
