The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from customers inquiring about their service, bills, power outages, and other issues
- Analyze customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service experiences
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Engage in overtime opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of our team
Required Skills and Knowledge
* 2+ years of experience in complex customer service, preferably in the utility industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and tools relevant to the role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
