Your Role in Our Mission

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve:

  • Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions and/or forwarding to appropriate personnel
  • Developing and implementing general insurance and healthcare policies in accordance with state and federal laws
  • Investigating and adjudicating claim characteristics that do not match policy provisions
  • Responding to provider appeals and meeting with providers to resolve problems/issues
  • Processing calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
  • Recording calls, processing requests, and updating account history with results of inquiry
  • Interfacing with team members, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally
  • Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27,200 - $38,900 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. arenaflex is committed to providing a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions.
