Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our Help Desk operations, working closely with our technical support team to ensure seamless communication with our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and processing customer requests, updating ticketing systems, and providing exceptional customer service through email responses. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat

  • Open and submit customer requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the ticket accordingly
  • Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
  • Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field (I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer)
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of Help Desk software and processes
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
