Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Clerk/ Data Entry/ Executive Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Managing data entry tasks, including accurately and efficiently entering information into our systems
  • Supporting our executive team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
