Job Description: As a Corporate Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering and evaluating training programs for mortgage professionals, including loan officers, processors and various support staff roles. This is a fully remote role.

What You'll Do

Deliver live and web-based training sessions for sales and operations. Partner with product and marketing teams to develop sales focused materials, courses and learning programs for products, systems and processes. Support employee development through continuous learning programs Partner with key stakeholders to align training with business objectives Measure training effectiveness using assessments and feedback. Continuously improve training programs based on results and industry changes Drive adoption of process improvements by gaining stakeholder support and executing solutions Transition desk LO/LOA overflow as needed. Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and management, and excellent customer service. Other duties or special projects as assigned.
