Job Summary

We're seeking motivated and skilled Instagram Chat Assistants to join our team. As a remote support specialist, you'll be responsible for managing direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings. Your primary goal will be to respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions. By providing timely and accurate responses, you'll contribute to sales growth and enhance customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings

• Respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions
• Enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through timely and accurate responses within the Instagram app

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and adhere to detailed instructions
• Commitment to at least 10 hours of availability each week
