Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry and Focus Group Participation, you'll be responsible for:

  • Participating in nationwide and local paid focus groups and clinical trials, either online or in-person, to provide valuable insights and feedback
  • Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to ensure accurate and comprehensive feedback
  • Using products and/or services provided, if applicable, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, and providing exceptional service to meet those needs
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and relevant feedback

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 16 years old
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills, including typing and navigation
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
