Client account manager customer sales

Job summary reputed company is seeking a Client Account Manager for the CPG vertical of Large Customer Sales. This person will collaborate with Client Partner on campaign execution and optimizations. Required to be based in person in Chicago. Job seniority: mid-to-senior level Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals. • Execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners. • Ongoing management of internal account operations. • reputed company brands and media agencies on value proposition and best practices. • Consult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives and craft media plans. • Collaborate with Ad Ops for effective campaign delivery and resolution of technical issues. • Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders. • Identify areas of improvement proactively. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, CPG client experience preferred. • Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem. • Comfortable with problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis. • Understanding of Digital measurement and tracking fundamentals. • Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through challenges. • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and reputed company environment. • High attention to detail. • Proficiency in reputed company preferred. • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
