Meet the team: Territory Sales Manager represents Dexcom, calling on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions focusing on diabetes care and providing technical expertise to customers regarding Dexcom’s products to support continued and expanded use. Where you come in: Promote Dexcom products within an assigned geographic area and /or specific accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals. Works to achieve individual sales targets within a geographic area by developing new customers and/ or expanding existing accounts. Responsible for building, developing, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, key opinion leaders, diabetes nurse educators, and purchasers. Develops and implements market development plans and strategies, establishes education of the company's products and services, and supports the business in its activities. Arrange a demonstration of products, plan and execute sales activities, and provide ongoing sales support, including sales calls, data analysis, and customer opportunities. Actively looking for initiatives and execution tools that ensure and maximize the growth in product penetration. Provide feedback on marketing intelligence to sales and marketing management business units. Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems What makes you successful: 3 years of diabetes or equivalent experience with a proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success Proven track record of success within the healthcare environment Sound experience of analyzing data Understanding of CRM system Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic What you’ll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Travel Required: 50 to 75% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 – 8 years of sales experience within healthcare.
