Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our Lockbox department in Memphis, TN. As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for performing data entry functions from checks images per clients' instructions, ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met, and providing support in other areas of the department as needed. Responsibilities

* Perform data entry functions from checks images per clients' instructions

• Ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals
• Cross-train and provide support in other areas of the department as needed
• Work in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

* 1 year previous data-entry experience

• Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
• High School Diploma / equivalent
• Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
• Team-oriented
• Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently
• Logical decisional-making rationale
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
• Must be able to work in a confidential environment
• Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally)
• Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel
