Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our customer experience team, you'll handle a diverse range of tasks that directly impact customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Here's what you can expect: Customer Interaction

  • Engage professionally with customers across multiple communication channels including inbound and outbound phone calls, email correspondence, and live chat support
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about products, services, promotions, pricing, and company policies
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
  • Navigate between multiple systems and applications simultaneously while maintaining conversation flow
  • Exceed customer expectations by adding personal touches and demonstrating genuine care for each interaction

Order Processing and Management

  • Handle complete order lifecycle including placements, modifications, and cancellations with precision and attention to detail
  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
  • Verify customer information and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM systems
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to track orders and provide shipping updates
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory levels and product availability

Issue Resolution and Problem Solving

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Listen actively to understand the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions
  • De-escalate tense situations by remaining calm, patient, and solution-focused
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in the ticketing system for future reference
  • Know when to escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams

Product Knowledge and Brand Representation

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the arenaflex product portfolio, including all beverage categories, flavors, and packaging options
  • Stay current on promotional campaigns, seasonal offerings, and new product launches
  • Effectively communicate brand messaging and marketing initiatives to customers
  • Represent arenaflex values and maintain brand standards in every interaction

Documentation and Data Management

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Update customer profiles with relevant information and interaction history
  • Utilize designated CR
