Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing call center team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients, working in a team environment, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients through daily outbound and inbound calls

  • Work in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Schedule appointments and drive revenue growth to meet market goals
  • Utilize Service Titan experience to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Adapt to fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environment is essential
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Service Titan experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
