Key Responsibilities

As a Senior UX Designer on the Amazon Delivery Customer Experiences team, you will be responsible for:

• Bringing forward innovative ideas and solutions to raise the bar on customer experience with delivery
• Effectively advocating and designing for the customer through objective data such as market analysis, customer insights, technical constraints/opportunities, and business insights
• Partnering closely with business and development teams to plan and balance immediate changes with long-term, scalable solutions
• Quickly and thoroughly creating user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to effectively concept and communicate detailed interaction behaviors that support decision making and development
• Assessing and optimizing the effectiveness of new and existing features by proactively planning, performing, and advocating validation techniques like usability testing, user research, and interpreting analytic data
• Presenting design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executive leaders

We operate within the broader arenaflex Delivery Experience design organization that includes teams focused on operational and transportation experiences critical to the success of the holistic delivery journey. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years of design experience
• An available online portfolio
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
• Experience with best practices for Product and Experience Design (including User Interfaces, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design)
• Experience in end-to-end design projects from design strategy through execution
• Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and product design
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Proto.io, HTML, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience designing customer-facing retail products

• Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
• Experience presenting to and effectively advising partners within and outside of design
• Experience identifying and informing data needs to communicate strategic and tactical recommendations

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a total compensation package that includes a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
