Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Suwanee, GA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services
  • Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
