Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, motor vehicle services, or a related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in database management and record-keeping

Preferred Qualifications
