Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will also be responsible for data entry, patient enrollment, and medication management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient information. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Enter patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage patient enrollment, medication refills, and other patient-related tasks
  • Investigate and resolve patient complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve medication-related issues and provide education on medication management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and data entry
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service and data entry skills
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
  • Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, and completing online forms
  • 18 years old or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting

  • 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or a broadly recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English languages
