Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of key planning models, including the yearly operating plan model and the monthly forecasting model, including executive-level overview views, streamlined estimates, and clearly identified sources of input and assumptions
- Supporting the development of the arenaflex yearly strategy and quarterly planning process
- Presenting business cases and scenarios to inform decisions on evaluation, go-to-market strategies, and adaptation enhancements
- Supporting ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses on drivers of performance for the past quarter
- Supporting the anticipation of EMEA and US business updates
