What You'll Do

Grow and oversee day-to-day operations of the in-home services business line in a region Partner, collaborate and communicate regularly with clinic office managers in your region to grow and maintain quality in-home services Oversee and manage BT/RBT recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling and staffing coordination Oversee, manage and collaborate with BCBAs in your region to ensure high quality training and in-home services are being provided Maintain accurate records, documentation, and billing processes Build strong, positive relationships and communicate effectively with families, clinicians, and leadership Manage office supplies, systems, and administrative needs Qualifications: This is a remote position. However, the office manager should live in the region that they will oversee, as travel to neighboring clinics and/or client homes will be necessary. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of office or operations management experience (healthcare/home care preferred) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Tech-savvy and detail-oriented Passion for supporting care teams and families Compleat KiDZ/Kare Partners is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer that values and encourages diversity.
