Description:

  • Drive execution and delivery of complex projects or programs from start to finish.
  • Define and manage the program vision, objectives, scope, expected outcomes, timelines, roadmaps, and resource needs.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, business owners, and third-party implementation vendors.
  • Manage project resources, vendors, and contractors while ensuring contractual obligations, deliverables, and service level agreements are met.
  • Monitor and control project performance, scope, and deliverables, including change management and stakeholder approvals.
  • Create and maintain master program and project schedules, communication plans, project plans, roadmaps, issue/risk registers, and status reports.
  • Proactively schedule key deliverables, milestones, and task dependencies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews, and escalate issues and risks as needed.
  • Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality for enterprise transformation projects.
  • Lead cross-functional and international project teams to keep day-to-day deliverables moving forward and identify gaps in ownership and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Information Technology or Security.
  • Experience conceptualizing complex information and translating it into practical, usable content for specific audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects on time, on budget, and on quality.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives, business partners, and technical teams.
  • Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and driving product success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • PMI, Scrum Alliance, or similar certification in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master competencies preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Agile methodology experience.
