Role Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to help grow a successful brand. You'll be an independent worker who loves solving problems, making people happy, and putting together outfits for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner

• Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
• Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
• Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
• Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift

Expected Hours and Work Environment

* Expected hours for the role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST

• Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business
• This role is hired on an at-need basis and will be hired initially as a temp role
• If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months
• As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your time effectively

Qualifications and Skills

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role

• Must have access to consistently stable internet connection
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
• On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Knowledge of the fashion industry and subscription-based services
• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation

* Pay range: USD $15.00 - USD $15.00 per hour
