Entry Level Traveling Customer Trainer – Automotive Software Implementation and Support

As a key member of our Training Department, the Entry Level Traveling Customer Trainer plays a vital role in connecting our customers to our innovative software, ensuring a seamless conversion and providing ongoing support throughout the process.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Traveling Customer Trainer. As a traveling representative, you'll spend approximately 80% of your time visiting dealerships, installing and converting our software, and training key personnel on its use. When not on the road, you'll work from our home office, supporting current customers, preparing for future trips, and conducting follow-ups with recently installed customers. This dynamic role offers a unique blend of travel, training, and customer support, providing opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

* Travel to dealerships, both individually and with a team, to install and convert arenaflex software, ensuring a smooth transition for customers

  • Meet with dealership management to understand their needs and requirements, customizing the system to meet their unique needs
  • Provide comprehensive training to key dealership personnel on the effective use of arenaflex software, focusing on one area of the software during product training
  • Assist experienced representatives with customer set-up and implementation, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
  • Conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Support current customers through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Prepare for future trips, including researching customer needs, developing training plans, and coordinating logistics
  • Collaborate with the Training Department to develop and implement training programs, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer interactions

Training and Development:

As a new member of our team, you'll undergo a comprehensive training program that lasts approximately 2-3 months. This will include:

  • Department observations, providing insight into the inner workings of our Training Department
  • Classroom instruction, covering product training and automotive dealership operations
  • On-the-job training with a mentor, ensuring you're equipped to handle real-world scenarios
  • Opportunities to see arenaflex solutions in action by visiting car dealerships that already utilize our software on a daily basis

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to travel 80% of the time, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and itineraries
  • Outgoing, friendly personality, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license, fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years, and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
  • Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
