Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to card members, resolving issues, and assisting with account management. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center or remote setting)
