Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager to lead a team of data entry and data analyst professionals. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and Mentor a Team of Data Professionals: As a Data Entry Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data entry and data analyst professionals, ensuring the successful execution of data processes for client data. - Provide Technical Guidance and Support: You will provide hands-on technical guidance and support, stepping in when necessary to ensure timely delivery of data projects. - Collaborate with Senior Leadership: You will collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with the company's vision, ensuring that all team members are engaged and motivated. - Manage Diverse Personalities: You will manage diverse personalities within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Oversee the Use of Tools: You will oversee the use of tools, with a preference for experience in GIS data tools but not required.
