Accounting Analyst (QuickBooks, Finance) | $34/hr Remote
Position: QBO and Omni Experts Type: Contractor assignment (8 weeks) Compensation: $45 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 40 hours/week with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with PST Role Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through omni chat platforms
- Handle accounting-related questions requiring deep financial expertise
- Support SMB business owners with bookkeeping and financial guidance
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate responses
- Complete assigned PPT-based tasks as needed
- Provide support for both general help questions and complex accounting queries
- Deliver high-quality omnichannel support experiences for SMB customers
Requirements
- Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Prior experience with omnichannel chat support
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
- Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions
- Experience working with SMB clients preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
