Key Responsibilities

As a part-time data entry specialist at arenaflex, your duties will include:

• Receiving and processing inventory, ensuring that products are accurately stored and tracked
• Selecting, packing, and shipping orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management
• Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, troubleshooting problems as needed
• Ensuring product meets quality requirements, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
• Basic computer skills, with experience in data entry and inventory management a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
