Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing and removing nonessential data, as well as combining data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete, and methodically reviewing completed work to ensure computation errors or duplicate values are corrected
• Filing information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, and investigating reports and sheets of data to identify trends and patterns
• Sifting through websites for information, and retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress to ensure seamless data management
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and platforms

Essential Qualifications

• A strong foundation in basic computer skills, including typing, data entry, and software applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
