Training Consultant (P&C Insurance - Personal Lines Field Sales)

This opening can be filled in a remote/work-from-home (WFH) capacity or in one of our offices. Regular work hours should align to Eastern or Central time zones, regardless of location, with the ability to flex as needed. Limited/occasional travel is associated with this role. This role will have a primary focus on designing, delivering, and continuously improving internal training for our Personal Lines field sales organization. The Training Consultant will collaborate closely with territory leaders, sales leaders, and internal business partners to assess learning needs, build targeted curricula, and facilitate ongoing enablement that strengthens execution of our Personal Lines field sales strategies, and processes. This role will also provide support to our external trainers, when needed. Qualified candidates must have P&C Insurance experience. Ideal candidates will bring recent, hands-on field sales experience (within the last three years), preferably working directly with independent agencies and/or territory sales teams. This contemporary field perspective is critical to ensuring that training content is practical, relevant, and aligned to current marketplace dynamics, sales practices, and agency expectations. Candidates should be able to translate their field experience into clear, actionable learning experiences that drive adoption, confidence, and measurable performance improvement for our internal sales associates.
