Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers and patients, providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service at every touchpoint. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Modeling and Sharing Best Practices: Share customer service best practices with your team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. This includes interpersonal habits and arenaflex service traits.
• Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintaining a Clean and Well-Merchandised Store: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
• Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
• Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
• Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
• Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
• Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in English: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Flexibility: Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Basic Computer Skills: Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Retail Experience: Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

• arenaflex Experience: Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex.
• Additional Language Skills: Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
