In this role, you will take a main part in defining and designing the Wand AI platform. Responsibilities:
- Own, design, and develop Wand AI UX.
- Drive design projects through all phases, from user research and exploratory prototypes to design reviews, delivery, and usability testing.
- Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment.
- Understand customers and their needs through market analysis, customer research, and feedback.
- Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences.
- Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Facilitate the design process, present and iterate design solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a user experience designer.
- Experience creating user flows and wireframes, building user interface mockups and prototypes, and working with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout design processes.
- 4+ years of experience creating prototypes or wire-frames for complex web applications and/or workflows.
- Experience working with industry standard software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Experience designing web platforms.
- Experience building clickable prototypes.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions with measurable outcomes (personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes).
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent degree.
- Fluent English.
