  • *About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading the development of AI applications and agents utilizing Python, with a focus on deploying these solutions on cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in designing, coding, and architecting scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs that form the backbone of our core platforms. As a leader, you will set standards for code quality, drive best practices in DevOps and CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your passion for software engineering, combined with experience in Generative AI, will be instrumental in advancing our AI initiatives and maintaining our technical excellence.

  • *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Deep expertise in Python, with a proven track record of building and deploying production-grade applications
  • Extensive experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and alerting
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience working in agile development environments and collaborative team settings

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with developing AI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and leveraging RAG pipelines, vector datastores such as Pinecone or Azure AI Search, as well as developing agents with industry-standard protocols and prompt engineering strategies. Experience with distributed systems, microservices architectures, and MCP servers is also advantageous.

  • Design, develop, and implement complex, scalable software systems using Python, ensuring high performance and reliability in cloud environments
  • Architect and build robust APIs, microservices, and data pipelines to support various applications and services
  • Collaborate with business partners, architects, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions
  • Promote technical excellence through clean coding practices, test-driven development, and adherence to CI/CD best practices
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with coding standards and architectural principles
  • Identify opportunities for performance optimization, cost efficiency, and operational excellence within cloud infrastructure
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud computing, AI, and DevOps, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate
