  • 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Experience working with various lines of business, i.e., CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
