As a Data Entry/Mail Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling mail, data entry, and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

A Typical Day as a Data Entry/Mail Clerk:

As a Data Entry/Mail Clerk, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks that require strong organizational and communication skills. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, opening, sorting, scanning, and distributing mail and forms internally
  • Directing outgoing mail to the Mail Center
  • Following established procedures to handle and distribute cash/checks, certified mail, registered mail, and returned mail
  • Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from mail, forms, and applications
  • Maintaining database
  • Preparing and delivering documentation to the Imaging Center
  • Providing assistance by performing a variety of service and support functions to the department
  • Utilizing good computer skills and data entry/typing skills

What We're Looking For:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to actively listen and ask meaningful probing questions
  • Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
