Job Description: The refined job description: 1.Specific Media Audit Domain Expertise: Candidates who have worked directly with 3rd party contract audits within the Media Entertainment sector. Key terminology to scan for includes:

  • Participations Audits- Experience with contingent compensation or profit participation for talent and producers
  • Guild Audits- Familiarity with union mandated payments and audits eg. SAGAFTRA DGA WGA
  • Theatrical TV Distribution- Knowledge of how revenue flows from box office streaming and syndication into audit workflows
  • Audit Lifecycle- Experience managing the process from the initial notice letter through to the final settlement remittance

2. CRM Transformation Experience: Since this role supports a migration from a legacy system to a modern platform prioritize candidates with

  • Salesforce Implementation: Direct experience representing business interests during a Salesforce rollout or re platforming
  • Legacy to Cloud Transition: Proven history of transitioning business processes from a legacy CRM like Dynamics CRM 2013 to a cloud-based solution
  • System Modernization: Experience ensuring that legacy business rules and workflows are accurately translated into a new systems architecture
