The Opportunity Most US digital agencies sell slow, bloated WordPress sites that fail to convert. At FlashpointWeb, we engineer high-performance digital infrastructure for Law Firms, Real Estate Developers, and Luxury Brands using a proprietary Astro 5 + Svelte 5 stack. I am a Technical Founder handling 100% of engineering and project delivery (90+ Lighthouse scores). I am looking for a sharp, United States-based Sales Partner to leverage their existing US network and close high-ticket deals. The Role: Senior Sales Closer (Commission-Only) This is a partnership for an experienced closer who already understands the US B2B professional services landscape and has the infrastructure to hit the ground running. The Requirements: Experience: 1+ years in High-Ticket Sales, Outbound BPO, or Appointment Setting. Network: Must have a proven track record or an existing network within US Professional Services (Legal, Real Estate, or Luxury). Tools: You must have your own US Phone Number (VOIP/Dialer) and a professional home-office setup. Communication: Exceptional professional English. You must be comfortable pitching directly to Law Firm Partners and CEOs. The Work: Leverage Your Network: Mine your existing US contacts and leads to introduce our high-performance builds. Strategic Outreach: Conduct personalized cold outreach and follow-ups. Performance Audits: Present our proprietary audits to show prospects exactly why their current slow tech is costing them money. Close the Deal: Manage the pipeline from initial contact to a signed $1k–$5k+ contract. The Compensation (Uncapped 25% Commission): This is a pure commission role. You are paid for results, and those results are high-value. Commission: 25% of every project. The Math: Small Builds: $1,000 (Your cut: $250) Enterprise/Luxury Builds: $5,000+ (Your cut: $1,250+) Speed: I handle 100% of the development.
