Key Responsibilities

As a Psychic Tarot Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate and compassionate readings to clients via phone, chat, or messaging services
• Utilizing your skills and expertise as a Psychic, Tarot Reader, Astrology Reader, Clairvoyant, Medium, or Spiritual Counsellor to help clients find harmony and balance in their lives
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients
• Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients from around the world
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client service

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience as a Psychic, Tarot Reader, Astrology Reader, Clairvoyant, Medium, or Spiritual Counsellor

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
• Proficiency in English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or online environment

• Familiarity with online platforms and tools, such as messaging services and live chat software
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with content creation, including writing and video production
• Certification or training in a related field, such as psychology, counseling, or spirituality
