The Role

As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be an extension of our client's businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. You will work in a dynamic, technology-rich environment, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. This is a work-from-home position, requiring a reliable computer and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

* Make a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your exceptional communication skills and personal and professional growth mindset.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success.

• Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a growth mindset and high work standards.
• Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman.
