A Good Faith Exam is a medical evaluation conducted by a licensed provider to assess a patient’s medical history, current health status, and eligibility for certain treatments. GFEs are legally required in many states prior to non-invasive aesthetic and wellness procedures and are essential for patient safety and regulatory compliance. At Qualiphy, GFEs are concise, structured, clinically focused, and designed to be efficient while meeting all legal and medical standards. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants licensed in 20 or more U.S. states to join our team in a full-time, 40-hour-per-week remote role. In this position, you will conduct virtual exams via Qualiphy’s telehealth platform, ensuring patients meet criteria for treatment and documenting findings clearly and accurately. This role does not involve longitudinal care, prescribing medications, or managing chronic disease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual exams efficiently and professionally
  • Review patient medical histories, medications, and contraindications
  • Determine patient eligibility for requested treatments based on established protocols
  • Communicate clearly with patients in a calm, professional, and patient-centered manner
  • Collaborate with Qualiphy’s clinical support and operations teams as needed
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, telehealth best practices, and state-specific regulations
  • Participate in quality assurance and clinical improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in 20 or more U.S. states, which must include: TX, CA, FL, NC, AZ, NY, PA, WA, GA, WI, OH, OR, NJ, VA, KY.
  • National board certification (NP or PA-C)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an NP or PA
  • Strong understanding of medical screening, contraindications, and patient safety
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

  • Experience in aesthetics, wellness, urgent care, primary care, or telehealth
  • Familiarity with Good Faith Exams or regulatory screening workflows

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time W-2 position
  • 40 hours per week
  • Fully remote
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and licensure breadth. Pay increases incrementally based on the number of state licenses.
