Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a key member of our Inbound Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics.

  • Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide customer support and making working with us easy for Shippers.
  • Recognize ways to improve and execute tasks to help efficiency and quality.
  • Answer and address escalations from clients and workers.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, or Customer Service).
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of technical expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and create innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • The ability to work effectively in both individual and team environments.
