Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team of data enthusiasts. As a Sr. Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various informational indexes, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You'll work closely with our leadership team to gain insights into key business issues and expectations, applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various informational indexes, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions

• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to our leadership team, utilizing data visualization tools and techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
• Present findings and results to a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership and stakeholders
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
• Guide less ranking staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year certification in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics

• Five (3) years work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficient in analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Alteryx
• Python/R
• Automation
• Income Information
• Fundamental Accounting Information
