Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Engage, consult, and educate members and providers based on their unique needs and preferences
- Handle both basic and complex customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
- Assist with enrollment and eligibility processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and arenaflex policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex initiatives
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
