Key Responsibilities
Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages Assist clients with travel planning and provide destination recommendations Manage booking details and ensure travel arrangements meet client preferences and budgets Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and resolve issues Maintain accurate records of travel plans, confirmations, and client communications Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after travel Stay informed on travel updates, promotions, and industry trends Support clients with itinerary adjustments or travel-related questions as needed
Qualifications
