SwiftAid Drone Swarm empowers responders and organizations to act swiftly and save lives. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Drone Manufacturing Advisor. The Advisor will be help in overseeing and improving drone design processes, drone manufacturing processes, supervising our sub-contractors, supply chain operations, and optimizing production efficiency. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational strategies, procurements, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, and providing expert recommendations to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Expertise in drone technology, manufacturing processes and best practices
- Experience in drone and components manufacturing in the United States and strong network with potential components suppliers is highly desirable
- Experience in drone testing processes and best practices
- Experience in relevant Supply Chain management, logistics, procurement and resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
