- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care.

- *Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (Psychiatric/Mental Health).
- Active Maryland Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of client-centered care, managed care, and HIPAA standards.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
